Binal Shah is an Animator with extensive experience in Character Animation, primarily in the Visual Effects domain. Currently she is working as Animation lead at ILM, London. Her most recent projects are Cats, Maleficent 2 and Clifford the big red dog.
After graduating from college specializing in animation, she did her apprenticeship at the Oscar winning studio, Rhythm and Hues in Mumbai and subsequently got offered a job there. As an animator, Binal has worked on some significant Hollywood films like The Golden Compass and Life of Pi at Rhythm and Hues. She has continued her journey ever since with more complex films at Weta Digital, Framestore, MPC and now at ILM.
