The booking terms regulate the agreement between Trollywood Animation Association, and you as an individual or the company / association that makes a purchase through our online booking.

Payment terms & cancellation policy

You can book  up to one day before the start of the event.
Unfortunately we cannot buy back any tickets. The rules of the distance contract law regarding the right of withdrawal do not apply when buying event tickets. Therefore, when payment has been made, you are bound to your purchase.

VAT rates

The prices stated are incl. 25% VAT.

Ticket / receipt

Your order number is your ticket / your receipt.

Force Major clause

In the event of a natural disaster, war, state regulation, strike, lock out, blockade or other work disability, fire, storm, accident or other circumstance outside of Trollywood Animation Association’s control, the company is entitled to suspend, restrict or otherwise dispose of ordered tickets without obligation to pay compensation.
