About
Sara Koppel Started in the Danish Animation Industy as 14 years old. Since 2002 she made her own small independent Animations Studio in Copenhagen Denmark, creating Art as an Animation Artist / Director / Animator, in her beloved field 2D Handrawn on Paper Animation. She makes Shortfilms / Experimentals & AR – Exhibitions.
Combined with working as a Teacher in Artistic Handrawn Animation at ArtSchools & is a function head of ANIS Danish Animation Society. All her work is highly personel, artistic & poetic. She has been a pioneer in the field of Erotic & Body positivity Animation. Her shortfilms has been shown all around the world and she had a lot of AR Exhibition over the last years.
In 2021 she became a member of the Oscars Academy.
