Petter Lindblad has a Master’s degree in Media Production from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (2000) and in 2005, he received a Master’s in European Audiovisual Management from the MEDIA-supported Media Business School in Spain.
In 2014, the Swedish Film Institute named Lindblad “Producer on the Move” at the Cannes Film Festival.
Most recently he produced the animated feature film THE APE STAR with Linda Hambäck at her production company Lee Film Stockholm AB, in co-production with Norwegian Mikrofilm and Danish Nørlum. Dockhus Animation in Trollhättan was the Swedish animation studio. The film is set for a Swedish premiere in the cinemas June 11 2021.
Currently he is in the final stages of production financing on a new, live action, feature film for the youngest children and developing new animated feature films and series, plus the company’s second animated VR-film.
