About
Esben is an animation director and creator with a background in computer games, where he worked as a background artist, animator, and games director. He graduated from the Danish National Film School in 2006, with his award-winning animated short HAVING A BROTHER.
Esben co-wrote and directed several animated feature films and tv-series and worked as creator and visual supervisor on the live action tv series The Rain for Netflix. Apart from his creative work, Esben is a part time teacher at the Danish National Film School animation directors department and owns his own small production company. He is passionate about creating projects and making them happen.
Presentation
The presentation will be about making things happen. This will be a fast paced run through several projects. Where they came from, findings and learnings, tough choices and lots of love for animation and how they got made.
