About:
Anna is a director and filmmaker specialised in stop motion. Her films mix awkwardness, humor and the quiet absurdity of being human. She is drawn to characters who don’t quite have it together, that are strange yet relatable.
Her work has received over 100 international awards, including an Emmy Award, an Annie Award and a European Animation Award.
Anna has an MA in Animation from the Royal College of Art and a background as an animator, among others on Wes Andersson’s Isle of Dogs.
