Trollywood Animation Festival Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary – Launching a National Competition for Animated Short Films
To mark its 10th anniversary, Trollywood Animation Festival is introducing a national competition section for animated short films. Submissions are now open, and we invite everyone to submit their animated short films for screening and competition at the 2026 festival!
If your film is selected, it will be showcased at the festival before an audience of animators, filmmakers, and other attendees from Sweden and abroad. Each selected director will receive festival accreditation, granting access to the full program and all the vibrant activities that make the festival days come alive.
The competition builds upon the core mission of Trollywood Animation Festival: to create a space where individuals who study, work with, and are passionate about animation can meet, exchange ideas and processes, discover new techniques and films, and inspire one another. Submit your film and join us in experiencing the festival alongside others who share your passion for animation!
